Pallavi Batra, DMD, provides comprehensive, cosmetic, and implant dentistry to patients at Ritt Dental, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. To Dr. Batra, nothing is as important as making her patient’s dental experience an enjoyable one. She always enjoys working with people, is passionately driven to preserve natural smiles, and wants each of her patients to know how to obtain optimal oral health care.
Dr. Batra received her dental degree from The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, one of the few Ivy League Dental Schools in the United States. She graduated with honors in several disciplines including Orthodontics, Oral Medicine, Periodontics, Geriatric, and Oral Surgery. Dr. Batra has been involved in the practice of dentistry for over 15 years. She is also a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Association of General Dentistry, and American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry. She takes frequent continuing education courses throughout the year to update her dental expertise.
Dr. Batra’s emphasis is on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry, enable her to provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field. Pursuing her specialized interests, she continued to take special courses and spent several hours of continuing education for placing and restoring implants. She has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments including root canals, implants, and laser dentistry. She is a Preferred Provider of Invisalign and is an expert at cosmetic dentistry. Her expertise is in smile transitions with a combination of Invisalign and Porcelain Veneers/crowns.
She excels at applying her highly specialized esthetic surgical expertise to solving her patient’s complex dental challenges. She is licensed for administering Nitrous Oxide (Laughing Gas) to alleviate patient anxiety during dental treatment and ensure patient comfort. She is deeply committed to ensuring that her patients receive the best possible treatment and service and strives every day to set a new standard of care in dental medicine.

Dr. Silvy Cherian received her dental degree from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry where she received her first hand training in all aspects of general dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association and Pennsylvania Dental Association. She takes continuing education courses throughout the year to maintain her academic excellence and dental expertise. She is proficient in different areas of dentistry like cosmetic, restorative, root canal treatments, extractions and dentures. Dr. Cherian has been a volunteer at the annual free dental clinic for underserved Pennsylvanians called MOM-n-PA and has a sense of pride in our neighborhood and hopes to build a strong relationship of trust with her patients. In her short span of being in the profession she has earned the trust of our patients and has gone above and beyond to provide the best possible care for her patients. When not practicing dentistry, she likes to spend time with her friends, family and her dog. Dr. Cherian enjoys podcasts, biking, hiking and oil pastel art.
Dr. Kennedy is a South Jersey native who completed her undergraduate coursework in biology & chemistry at Temple University. She went on to pursue her Doctorate in Dental Medicine at Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois. Dr. Kennedy provides care including Invisalign, cosmetic smile makeovers, nitrous sedation, and other traditional dental procedures to help patients reach their own healthy smile goals. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, and Academy of Laser Dentistry. She prides herself on taking the latest continuing education courses to ensure patient comfort, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes. Outside of the dental world, Dr. Kennedy loves exploring the city of Philadelphia, trying new cuisines, and reading mystery books.
